Zoey[2] is a minor recurring character who first appeared in "A Silly Halloween Special" and is Charlie Dompler's girlfriend.

Zoey is a caucasian woman of similar height to Charlie. She has a scruffy, orange ponytail, and bags under her eyes.
Clothing[]
Zoey can be seen wearing a mouse costume in "A Silly Halloween Special." In "Charlie Dies and Doesn't Come Back," she is seen wearing a black formal outfit to mourn his death. In "Pim Finally Turns Green," she wears a red one-piece swimsuit. In "The Glep Ep", she is seen wearing a red formal dress. It can be concurred that she occasionally wears anything red.
She consistently wears glasses in all of her appearances.
Relationships[]
Zoey and Charlie are dating, although it appears that she can get pretty frustrated at some of his more selfish characteristics. This is exemplified in their Halloween celebrations where she expressed annoyance at him refusing to wear a costume for Halloween. Another example is during a later Christmas celebration, where she’s disgusted by Charlie refusing to clean up the gravy he spilled on himself, which further turns to anger when he tells her not to touch him. Despite this she does seem to get along with all the Smiling Friends as she keeps appearing at these events, and it’s evident she still cares for Charlie as she showed up to his funeral.

- Despite her name never being said once in the show before, it was first confirmed to be her name in the Spanish and Portuguese dub credits of "A Silly Halloween Special" as shown on HBO Max.[2] This is similar to how Grim and Gnarly's last names were revealed, as they were listed on the German dub website synchronkartei.de.
- When asked at a panel at San Diego Comic Con 2022 if she would appear again in Season 2, Zach Hadel joked the first episode would start with Zoey's death.[3] Though taken as a serious answer by some fans, she appears alive and well in "Pim Finally Turns Green."
- She has never been seen wearing a normal outfit like how the rest of the characters have been.
