The underpants guy is a minor character in Smiling Friends. He is a Critter who is blind (or so he thinks). According to Pim and Charlie, he is an incredibly nice guy.
Appearance[]
He is a mint-green critter with large eyes and a long nose. His attire consists of only white underwear and socks.
Role in Episode[]
He appears near the start of the episode, right after Mr. Frog resigns from his role as President. He tells Pim and Charlie he cannot see because his hands are covering his eyes. Charlie suggests that he remove his hands from his eyes, which works out for him. After thanking the Smiling Friends, he dances off-screen.
