Tyler is the titular character in the episode "The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired)." He was formerly employed at Smiling Friends Inc., seemingly being hired at some point before the first episode. Due to unknown reasons, Mr. Boss decided to fire him.
Appearance[]
He is a tall, tan-skinned live-action male with a black beard and balding head. He wears a white shirt, black pants and flip flops.
Role in episode[]
Tyler's only appearance thus far occurred at the beginning of the episode "The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired)," where Mr. Boss tells his employees that he's going to fire one of them. Unfortunately, the employee he chooses is Tyler. Charlie was very sad to see him leave, threatening to be force-fired with him. Tyler tells Charlie that it's okay, and Charlie tells him that he will text him when he gets off.
In the post-credits scene, Charlie meets up with Tyler at a local bar where he promises to vouch for Mr. Boss to give him another chance at the company. Tyler declines and instead states that he’ll focus on his music career. They fist bump in mutual respect and continue to drink.

- It has been theorized that this is the same Tyler who James told Gwimbly to say “go to hell” to via Cameo.
- "Charlie, Pim and Bill vs The Alien" is the first episode not to feature Tyler in some way preceding "The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired)."
