Tara the Android is a minor character that appeared in the Season 2 episode Erm, the Boss Finds Love?.
Background[]
While Charlie and Pim were investigating on Brittney, Allan asked about Tara standing around in Charlie's apartment. Charlie responded to his question saying it doesn't belong to him and is just holding onto it until his uncle gets out of the hospital. As Allan tries to interact with her, she spouts out "Hello handsome", and Allan reacts with disgust.
Later, after the Smiling Friends found out on who Brittney is and how to kill her (mainly thanks to Daniel the Demonslayer), Tara would jumpscare Allan.
