Roy Dismey is a minor character who appears in the Smiling Shorts episode "Roy Dismey." He is a tan humanoid Critter who has the ability to steal things and float in the air.

He is a mostly naked critter, only sporting green underwear and red photorealistic shoes. His speech mannerisms resemble Glep's except Roy speaks comprehensible English in an Indian sounding accent.
