President Shrimp was a previous President of the United States of America. Charlie talks about his assassination at the very beginning of Mole Man. Apparently, the bullet went through his head, into the governor in front of him, then into the driver to the left of him, then behind him into his wife, then back into President Shrimp's head. This is all a direct, albeit overexaggerated, reference to the single-bullet theory surrounding John F. Kennedy's assassination, suggesting that both JFK and Governor John Connally were shot by the same bullet.
