Jeffrey Chaplin "Jeff" Liu is an American director, writer, and artist, best known for being apart of the original Steven Universe writing staff. Liu has worked on a number of other Cartoon Network projects, most notably O.K. KO".
Sometime in 2019, Liu left Cartoon Network for Studio Yotta, there he animated for various animes, including One Piece and Digimon. He also directed and animated the Smiling Friends The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired), making him season two's only episodic director that hadn't worked on the first season.
