God is a minor character in Smiling Friends. He saved Charlie from hell in "Charlie Dies and Doesn't Come Back." He is voiced by the late Gilbert Gottfried. This was one of his final roles before he passed away in 2022.

God is a muscular, caucasian male who wears a gold toga and brown sandals. His face is obscured by a bright light, making it impossible to make out any details.
Role in episode[]
Satan makes a deal with Charlie after the latter tells him that he'll make Satan smile if he lets Charlie go. Satan proceeds to torture Charlie after he criticizes his living habits. He attempts to go back on his deal, but God crashes through the ceiling of Satan's lair and proceeds to lift Charlie out of hell telling Satan “a deal’s a deal”. He then throws Charlie back down to Earth, where he comes back to life while his funeral service is being held.
