The Enchanted Forest is a recurring location in Smiling Friends. It is first mentioned in "Mr. Frog" before having an expanded role in the episode of the same name. Much like the name implies, it is an enchanted forest populated by all sorts of fantastical creatures including goblins, fairies, witches, forest folk, mermaids, and aliens (although Charlie detests the last one as it isn't fantasy).
The forest itself is rather large, encompassing all sorts of different areas within it such as a volcanic field and abandoned temples. The ruler of the land is the Princess, who resides in a large castle near the center of the forest.
The forests' exact location is unknown, though it is seemingly close enough to Smiling Friends Inc. for Mr. Boss to be able to hire cheap labor from it and for Pim and Charlie to arrive there by foot.
