The "Blue Janitor Dude" is a nameless character in Smiling Friends. Their first appearance was slated to be "Desmond's Big Day Out." He was originally planned to be the fifth staff member of Smiling Friends Inc., working as the janitor for the office. Apparently, their entire character gag was that they just made things dirtier.
In the fourth episode of the third season "Curse of the Green Halloween Witch," the character makes his first proper appearance, but only for a few seconds before getting killed off by Pim. Due to the episode’s nature, it's unknown if the Blue Janitor Dude is in fact a real person or made up by the witch, but seeing as none of the others comment about his inclusion, it’s likely he’s real but unseen.

He is a small, light blue Critter with a large round nose, short arms, small eyes, and a single curly strand of hair.
Behind the Scenes[]
"Blue Janitor Dude" originally made two brief appearances during the pilot episode. His first would be cleaning the window of Mr. Boss' office in an exposition shot and the second would be mopping the Bliblies off the floor at the end. He would later end up being completely removed from the episode during production.[1] This extremely short deleted scene was posted to Twitter/X by staff member Brendan Caulfield.[2]
