Bill is a character in Smiling Friends who debuts in "Charlie, Pim, and Bill vs the Alien." Alongside Fillmore and Duncan, he was one of Pim's UFO hunting buddies.
In the aforementioned episode, him, Pim, and Charlie are abducted by aliens. Pim and Charlie wake up in nothing but their underwear on tables in the spaceship. Bill wasn't so lucky, however, as Charlie wakes up Pim and then tries to wake up Bill, but looks over and sees that Bill's rib-cage was split open and all of his internal organs were eaten by the two aliens who abducted them.
Appearance[]
Bill has tan brown skin, glasses and thin hair, with a constantly tired expression on his face. His arms are also relatively hairy and his poor posture appears to be a result of lumbar lordosis. His choice of clothing is simple, consisting of a light blue polo shirt and brown shorts, as well as flip-flops and a watch.
Personality[]
Bill was the most enthusiastic of the UFO watchers (which he insists be called UAPs), believing that aliens are inherently benevolent creatures that only wish peace on Earth and they are already watching over humanity. He also was rather open for new members to join, as he didn't object to Pim bringing a new member along.
Despite this, he can be a little naïve, often mistaking satellites as alien spacecraft and assuming that a theremin was a piece of alien technology.
Trivia[]
- As a joke, his name is in the title of the episode yet he dies about three minutes into the episode and his body is never seen again. It is unknown if Pim and Charlie moved his body or not.
- Bill's voice sounds similar to Peter Griffin's from the animated series Family Guy.
