He is a purple-ish gray creature with a 3-dimensional CGI-animated appearance.
Body[]
He has a big, wrinkly, bulbous head with human-like facial features, a sunken face, four long fingers on each of his hands, and big X-shaped bellybutton.

He wears green shorts and black socks.
Personality[]
3D Squelton believes that the entire world is full of hate and evil to the point of sobbing forlornly. Balloons are the one thing that cheers him up. He also hates lies. He usually speaks in third person.
3D Squelton believes that the world is fundamentally broken, overrun by cruelty, betrayal, and overly frequent use of napalm. He has frequent flashbacks to the Vietnam War, which he served in as a young man, and often whispers names that no one else remembers. He speaks in the third person to distance himself from his past actions, which he refers to only as “the smiling times.” He deeply fears lies and once screamed for 47 continuous minutes when a co-worker said “we’re all gonna be okay.”
He cries tears of joy when he sees balloons because they remind him of his first mission, “Operation Paper Parade,” in which his entire unit rescued by a Spammish clown car. He does not laugh anymore, but sometimes you can hear the sound of laughter playing quietly when he walks into a room, as if piped in from a distant tape recorder.
